Privacy Policy

Account information (email, password, hashed and never stored in plain text). Health-related information you choose to log: meals, carbs, insulin doses, glucose readings, exercise sessions, and related notes. Usage data (how you interact with the app) to keep it working and improve it.

To run the app's core features: showing you your logs, computing your dose estimates and time-in-range statistics, and generating AI-powered pattern insights about your own history.

Your data is stored privately and is never sold or shared. Only you can see your glucose and meal history.

The AI only ever describes what's already happened to you— your own past patterns, never a prediction, never a formula, and never an instruction on how much or when to inject. When the app generates an insight, a summary of your relevant logged data is sent to Anthropic (maker of the Claude AI model) to generate that insight's text. It is not used to train Anthropic's models, and it's used only to answer your own request in the moment.

We use a small number of service providers to run the app, each only with the access they need to do their job:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
• Anthropic — processes logged meal/health data to generate AI insights, as described above.
• Resend — sends account-related emails (signup confirmation, password reset).
• Vercel — hosts the application itself.
• Stripe (if you subscribe) — processes payment, and does not receive your health data.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. Deleting your account permanently removes your logged data from our systems, subject to any legal retention requirements.

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, row-level access controls limiting each account to its own data) to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Stay in Range is not intended for use by anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's involvement.

We'll post updates here with a new “last updated” date, and for material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you directly.
