By creating an account or using Stay in Range (“the app,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Stay in Range is a personal logging and pattern-tracking tool for people managing Type 1 diabetes on multiple daily injections. It helps you record meals, insulin doses, and glucose readings, and shows you your own historical patterns.

Stay in Range is not a medical device and is not intended to replace the advice of your healthcare team. Always consult your doctor or diabetes nurse before making changes to your insulin doses. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any suggestions the app offers (dose estimates, timing guidance, pattern insights) are informational only, based on your own logged history, and are never a substitute for professional medical judgment.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian's consent, to create an account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you log — the app's suggestions are only as good as the data you put in.

Some features are offered as a paid subscription. If you subscribe, you agree to pay the listed price on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with advance notice.

Don't use the app to harm yourself or others, to attempt to access other users' data, to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, or for any unlawful purpose.

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any dose estimate or insight will be accurate for your specific situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any medical outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
